We were truly blessed to be served by the AHI (African Hospitality Institute) students. They cooked us delicious meals and served them so eloquently, cleaned our rooms, built fires to heat our water, washed our clothes and were always so cheerful. It was such a blessing to get to know them. Maggie and the staff are doing such a wonderful thing by taking in these young adults who are going to be able to break their cycle of poverty by getting good jobs.
