Day Trip to Williamsburg
On Saturday, all the girls took a trip to Williamsburg to visit my Ukrainian friend and her family. All the children played together so well even though they only get to see each other about once a year. As usual it was wonderful to talk to I. When she was our translator in Buzivka in 2001, I never would have imaged that she would be close enough for me to visit. It is so amazing to trust God with his plan for our lives and see it unfolding.
Three Week Old Snow

Safely here
Today I dodged all the snowflakes and made it to Cville in 9 and 1/2 hours from Bham. There is so much of the snow from three weeks ago still here. I'll post pictures tomorrow for all of you snow lovers.
I am so glad I stayed for Grace's Kitchen. We had a huge crowd because the warming shelter was close to where we serve. There were so many people that we had never seen before. Many of them were very young. One boy had to hug P because she made the sausage cheese muffins which he loved.
Tomorrow I'll make the great transition from the monogram machine to receiving and shelving books.
